Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026. In accordance with Ley 34/2002 (LSSI-CE), Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007 (LGDCU), and applicable EU consumer protection law.

1. Who We Are

This store is operated by NUKKEN, a Spanish brand based in Madrid, Spain. Contact: contact@nukken.com. By accessing or purchasing from nukken.com, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Who Can Buy

You may purchase from NUKKEN if you are capable of entering into a legally binding contract. By completing a purchase, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method presented.

3. Products

All products are described as accurately as possible. Colors and textures may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. We will notify you immediately if this occurs.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT (IVA) at the applicable Spanish rate. Shipping costs are not included in the product price and will be shown clearly at checkout before payment is confirmed.

We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments and/or third-party providers including Stripe and PayPal. NUKKEN does not store your card details.

Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

5. Shipping

Orders ship from Spain. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are shown at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances outside our control. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns and Refunds

You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to request a return. Full details, including refund amounts and conditions, are set out in our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Guarantee

All products come with a 3-year legal guarantee against manufacturing defects, in accordance with Ley 7/2021. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or modifications made by the user.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on nukken.com — including text, images, logos, product designs, and the NUKKEN name — is the property of NUKKEN and protected under applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of this content without our prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

NUKKEN is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products beyond what is required by applicable consumer protection law. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

We make reasonable efforts to keep nukken.com available and error-free, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for temporary unavailability of the website.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the store after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at contact@nukken.com. We will do our best to resolve any issue within 48 business hours.

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, you may access the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. You may also contact the Spanish consumer arbitration system (Sistema Arbitral de Consumo).

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes subject to legal proceedings shall be resolved in the courts of Madrid, Spain.
